Our paramount wish is for you to enjoy your purchase. If for any reason you become dissatisfied with your purchase you may return it for exchange or full refund within thirty days after purchase. Photographs that require custom lab work or that are special ordered may be returned within 30 days for gallery credit only. Shipping your work is very important to us, because of this, all work sent to you will be safely and securely packaged. Most importantly it will be fully insured against any damage or mishandling. We use UPS and Federal Express as our shipping companies. We collect 6% state sales tax when shipping to Michigan and 8 1/2% when shipping to California. All other states are exempt of any state sales taxes. Although most orders will be shipped out within ten days, sometimes we may encounter an unexpected delay so please allow up to one month to receive your order.
